Andrea D. McNairy

A trial attorney with Brown & Crouppen, P.C., Andrea D. McNairy handles personal injury cases and represents clients in Illinois, Kansas and Missouri. With a focus on complex auto accident litigation, premises liability, products liability and wrongful death, she has recovered millions of dollars for her clients throughout her long, successful career. At the University of Missouri-St. Louis, she graduated magna cum laude with an undergraduate degree and a focus on political science. Ms. McNairy then moved on to law school at Saint Louis University School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor. While in law school, she was the Public Law Review’s Managing Editor and was given an Academic Excellence Award.

In 2010, Missouri Lawyers Weekly named Ms. McNairy an Up & Coming Lawyer, featured her in the Top 20 Verdicts and Settlements in Missouri in 2012 and named her one of the Winningest Plaintiff Attorneys. A talented writer, she has published written works for the Saint Louis University Public Law Review and the St. Louis Bar Journal.

During her career, Ms. McNairy has litigated many cases in federal and state courts throughout the country. She is admitted to practice in both Illinois and Missouri and gives back to her community through volunteer work with the Eastern District of Missouri Limited Scope representation group and with the Southern District of Illinois pro bono volunteer group.
