Andrew attended law school at The Delaware Law School in Wilmington, Delaware. During law school Andrew was on the Dean’s List and graduated in the top of his class. Andrew was a board member of the Trial Advocacy Honor Society, and also awarded The Most Outstanding Trial Advocate Award.

- $2.5 Million Cedar County, Missouri Verdict Zane T. Cagle and Andrew G. Mundwiller of The Cagle Law Firm secured a $2.5 million jury verdict on behalf of their client, Jose Cabrales. The verdict was reached on August 29, 2025, in Cedar County, Missouri before Hon. David Munton. The lawsuit, Plaintiffs Jose Cabrales, et al. v. Defendant the Estate of Jamie Kirch, stemmed from a motor vehicle collision that occurred on December 7, 2021. The Defendant Estate of Jamie Kirch was found to be 100% liable.Case Background Subsequent to filing the lawsuit Plaintiffs moved for a change of venue and the matter was transferred to Cedar County. The collision took place at the intersection of Routes T and U in Barton County, Missouri. The defendant's van failed to yield the right of way and pulled into the path of the plaintiff's northbound vehicle. The driver of the van was killed in the crash, and her three passengers, including two children, were taken to the hospital. The plaintiff, Jose Cabrales, was also transported to the hospital with a neck injury, bruises, and lacerations. The Missouri State Highway Patrol conducted an accident reconstruction and determined that Plaintiff was traveling 8 mph over the speed limit seconds before the collision and that the van failed to yield and entered the roadway in front of the plaintiff, whom had the right of way.Plaintiff's Injuries and Damages Following the crash, Mr. Cabrales was hospitalized and later underwent a cervical disc replacement surgery nearly two (2) years after the collision. He had a pre-existing low- back injury, which defense counsel argued meant Defendant was not responsible for his injuries. Furthermore, Defendant argued that Plaintiff’s medical records consistently stated he had chronic neck pain prior to the motor vehicle collision. Plaintiff’s counsel did not submit any past or future medical bills, past or future wage loss claims, to the jury. Instead, the plaintiff argued Mr. Cabrales past and future pain and suffering and loss of a normal life. As well, Mr. Cabrales wife made a loss of consortium claim due to the permanent nature of Mr. Cabrales injuries. Pre-Trial and Trial Details The insurance carrier for the defendant was Progressive Insurance. Prior to the trial, Progressive made an offer of $50,000 to resolve all claims, which the plaintiff rejected. The trial was held before a jury, presided over by the Honorable David R. Munton. After trial, the court found in Plaintiff's favor that he was in fact insured and the coverage denial was wrongful., 2015
- Settlement - 2017 St. Charles County Circuit Court $950,000 Plaintiff was operating a personal automobile. Defendant's driver was operating a large pick-up truck with an attached trailer. Defendant's driver crashed into the rear of Plaintiff at a high rate of speed. Plaintiff ultimately underwent low back surgery. Case settled for $950,000., 2017
- Premises Liability Verdict - 2016. $1,500,000 Circuit Court of Jefferson County, Missouri. Case involved disputed liability and damages. Plaintiff was a patron at a fundraiser held at the Crystal City Underground Cave which is an entertainment event venue. Plaintiff elected to ride an amusement device known as the "Spaceball" which spins the rider. The Spaceball was not supervised, but Plaintiff rode it anyway. The straps to the ride were not secured properly. While riding, Plaintiff fell out of the ride and struck his head and neck. Plaintiff suffered a fracture of his facet joint at C4 which healed. Defendant's top offer was $7,500. Jury returned a unamimous verdict assessing all fault to defendant, no fault to plaintiff, and awarding damages of $1,500,000. Defendant appealed the verdict on numerous grounds including that the verdict was excessive. The Missouri Court of Appeals unamimously upheld the verdict in a published opinion. See Payne v. Fiesta Corporation, 543 S.W.3d 109 (Mo. App. 2018)., 2018
- Judgment - 2012. $1,500,000. Circuit Court of Jefferson County, Missouri. Defendant (minor child) discharged a pellet pistol in the woods near his home. Plaintiff was shot in the eye by a pellet which ricocheted off a tree. Plaintiff alleged negligence and negligent supervision against the minor child's mother. Case was tried as a bench trial and the court entered judgment of $1,500,000. The judgment exceeded the insurance policy limit of $100,000. The action for bad faith against Defendants' insurer is pending., 2012
- $650,000 Judgment for Southeast Missouri woman against the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission that negligently maintained a guardrail in a rural community leading to back and hip injuries., 2017
- Settlement - 2016 St. Louis City Circuit Court $1,250,000 Plaintiff was a passenger in her own vehicle driven by Defendant. Defendant elected to flee police which attempted to detain Defendant. Defendant operated the vehicle at high rates of speed, weaving throughout traffic, ran a red light, and caused a crash. Plaintiff sustained a traumatic brain injury. Plaintiff sought actual and punitive damages. Defendant admitted fault, but denied the extent of the brain injury. Defendant's insurer (the identity of which is confidential) refused to pay its $50,000 policy limit. The insurer settled the case a week before trial for $1,250,000., 2016
