Following law school, Mr. Herman worked in the area of personal injury law for more than a decade. In his current role, he focuses on providing counsel and guidance to individuals regarding their legal rights after sustaining or losing a loved one to an accident.
Over the course of his law school and legal career, Mr. Herman has received various awards for his contributions to the legal profession. These include the Lewis F. Powell Award for Professionalism and Ethics, the Milton F. Napier Scholarship Award and the William M. Pomerantz Trial Award. In 2018, Mr. Herman was awarded and recognized as a "Law Firm Leader" by Missouri Lawyer's Weekly.
Active in a number of local professional organizations, Mr. Herman is a member of The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, The Missouri Bar, the Illinois State Bar Association and the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys. He also belongs to the national groups the American Association of Justice and the American Civil Liberties Union.
