Eric D. Holland

Eric Holland is a trial attorney.  He limits his practice to railroad and transportation accidents, mass torts, class actions, and other complex litigation.  He has litigated cases throughout the United States and obtained a host of record-setting jury verdicts and settlements.  Eric has handled and tried FELA cases across the country, amassing a long list of jury verdicts and settlements on behalf of railroad and maritime workers injured, maimed, and killed on the job.  He is also a leader in the national and local complex litigation bar.  He has been appointed by courts or elected by his peers to a variety of leadership positions in mass tort and class action matters including lead counsel, co-lead counsel, steering committee and executive committee posts in cases involving pharmaceuticals, product liability, banking, insurance, mass railroad crashes, and oil and other toxic torts.  Eric is regularly called upon to speak on railroad, maritime and complex litigation issues, lecturing frequently all across the country and having shared the podium with some of the country's leading trial attorneys, academicians and judges. He is an active member of several bar associations including the Academy of Rail Labor Attorneys (ARLA), is designated legal counsel for a national labor union, and works on behalf of local legal services organization.  Eric has been honored as a Super Lawyer since 2006, has received the "AV Preeminent" distinction from Martindale, has been noted as a "Top Rated Lawyer", and has been named a "Top 100 Trial Attorney" for several years.
