Mr. Burger is a B.A. graduate in economics and political science from the University of Missouri. He pursued his legal education at the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, graduating with a Juris Doctor degree. Admitted to practice law in the states of Missouri and Illinois, he also appears before the Supreme Court of Missouri, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 7th and 8th Circuits, and various federal and district courts.
