Henry M. Miller

A partner at Grant, Miller & Smith, LLC, Henry M. Miller has established himself as one of the premier litigation attorneys in the St. Louis, Missouri, metropolitan area. As an undergraduate, Mr. Miller attended the University of Missouri and received a Bachelor of Arts in 1996. Staying in Columbia, he then pursued his legal education at the University of Missouri School of Law and was awarded his Juris Doctor in 1999. Admitted to practice in Missouri, Mr. Miller is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit. His superb reputation among his peers and the judiciary has earned him membership on the Criminal Justice Act lead panel of attorneys that provides criminal defense representation to individuals in need of pro bono counsel in cases before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.

In addition to his active participation in several legal organizations, Mr. Miller acted as a member of the board of directors of Project Cope (now known as the Concordance Academy of Leadership), a nonprofit organization that provides former offenders with assistance as they transition from incarceration back into the community.
