James T. Corrigan

A founding partner of O’Leary, Shelton, Corrigan, Peterson, Dalton & Quillin, James T. Corrigan is a personal injury attorney who handles medical device and pharmaceutical cases for those in Missouri and throughout the nation. His practice area includes cases of workers’ compensation, premises liability, pharmaceutical and medical products litigation, amputations, burns and electrocutions, tire explosions, tire separations, workplace injuries, auto accidents, trucking accidents, wrongful deaths, products liability and catastrophic injuries.

Mr. Corrigan has a long history of obtaining compensation for his clients who have been injured, including a $20 million resolution in a defective consumer product case, $2 million in a wrongful death case and $4.75 million in a brain injury case. A member of the Multi-Million Dollar and Million Dollar Advocates Forums, he received this honor given to only one percent of practicing lawyers in the country. He is also recognized as an authority and advocate on window blind safety and strangulation.

With an undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia, he returned to school after three years of sales to earn his Juris Doctor, graduating cum laude from St. Louis University School of Law.
