A founding partner of O’Leary, Shelton, Corrigan, Peterson, Dalton & Quillin, James T. - In September, 2010, Jim was the lead attorney in a $22,500,000 resolution of the claims of a mother and her newborn son, both of whom suffered catastrophic brain damage, resulting from an automobile collision in rural Missouri. This is believed to be the largest reported settlement in St. Louis County history. Jim was then hired by the insurance company that paid the $22,500,000 to obtain indemnification from the medical providers for the injuries sustained by the mother and newborn son. - In 2017, Jim resolved a claim against a confidential defendant for the wrongful death of twin boys who drowned while attending a birthday party at a recreational facility for $5,000,000.00.
