Jamie received his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1998 and attended Saint Louis University School of Law. He graduated cum laude in 2001 and was a staff member of the Saint Louis University Law Journal. Jamie also clerked for United States Magistrate Judge Terry Adelman during law school.

For the first six years of his practice, he worked with John Simon at the Simon Law Firm, P.C. and in May of 2007, formed Rossiter & Boock, LLC with Matthew J. Rossiter. Jamie’s practice areas include personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, medical malpractice and estate litigation.  In 2008, Jamie received the Roy F. Essen Outstanding Young Lawyer Award from the St. Louis County Bar Association.  In 2012, Jamie was the recipient of the Lon O. Hocker Trial Lawyer Award by the Missouri Bar Foundation.  This award is presented annually to three young lawyers in the State of Missouri who have demonstrated outstanding trial work and unusual proficiency in the art of trial advocacy. 

Jamie has participated as either lead counsel or assistant counsel in numerous trials involving products liability, medical malpractice and estate litigation in both state and federal court.

Jamie has argued on multiple occasions before the Court of Appeals for the Eastern District of Missouri.  He recently won the first case he argued before the Supreme Court of Missouri successfully overturning the decisions of the Trial Court and Court of Appeals dismissing his client’s claim.  In the process, he changed the law in the State of Missouri regarding garnishments and his client was able to make a claim for over $275,000.00 which was taken from him.
