She serves as the vice president of the Women Lawyers’ Association of Greater St. Louis for the 2022-2023 term. She is also an advisory board member of the SLU Law Young Alumni Society and a board member of the St. Louis Sports Commission associates. Ms. Snow is an associate member of The Theodore McMillian American Inn of Court, St. Louis Chapter, and is affiliated with organizations such as the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, the National Employment Lawyers Association and The Lawyers Association of St. Louis.
Throughout her career, Ms. Snow has achieved notable successes in her cases. Some of her significant wins include a $20 million trial verdict in the 1983 civil rights case involving offenders assaulted by a correctional officer, a $1.36 million trial verdict in a disability discrimination case in the workplace and a $600,000 settlement in a case involving gender discrimination and sexual harassment in the workplace.
