As a principal with Rosenblum, Schwartz & Fry, P.C., in St. Louis, Missouri, attorney Joel J Schwartz focuses his practice exclusively on criminal defense. A 1984 graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, Mr. Schwartz obtained his Juris Doctor in 1987 from The University of Texas School of Law. The Missouri Bar admitted him to practice in 1989. Since that time, Mr. Schwartz has devoted his skills and resources to providing the highest level of legal defense possible for his clients, earning him an AV-Preeminent peer-review rating* from Martindale-Hubbell.

In addition to practicing before all Missouri state courts, Mr. Schwartz is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri, the Central and Southern Districts of Illinois, the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, and the Southern District of Iowa. Along with serving clients in Missouri, Michigan, Illinois and Iowa, he has also represented clients in California, Colorado, Texas, Arizona and Nebraska.
