    A 2012 graduate of Truman State University, Ms. Sparks obtained her Juris Doctor from Washington University School of Law in 2015. While there, she was a member of the Student Bar Association and the Global Studies Law Review as well as president of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.
