Attorney Margaret Boudreau is an associate with the Growe Eisen Karlen Eilerts law firm in St. Louis, Missouri. Focusing her practice on family and domestic law, Ms. Boudreau has nearly 10 years of experience representing the rights and interest of her clients with all of their issues involving divorce or legal separation, child custody and support, spousal maintenance, asset division, and other related matters.
Along with handling all aspects of divorce, Ms. Boudreau also provides exceptional counsel to help her clients draft effective pre- and post-nuptial agreements as well as Qualified Domestic Relations Orders, and she assists with post-divorce modifications and enforcements. She has extensive experience with adoptions and both domestic and international complex child custody cases, including third-party custody, and she has represented the rights of fathers during paternity actions and judgments.
A 2004 graduate of Northwestern University, Ms. Boudreau attended Saint Louis University School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor in 2009. While in law school, she served as treasurer and representative for the student bar association and was a member of the health law association. She received her license to practice from The Missouri Bar in 2009 and from the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri in 2010.
Widely regarded as an emerging leader in her field, Ms. Boudreau conducts lectures across her region on a variety of topics related to custody matters, asset division and other related subjects, and she is a member of The Missouri Bar, The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and the St. Louis County Bar Association.
