Nathan W. Davis

Creve Coeur, Missouri, personal injury attorney Nathan W. Davis is the owner of The Davis Injury Law Firm, LLC, a client-centered firm representing the little guy. Having handled a variety of personal injury cases for a large insurance defense firm, Mr. Davis has a deep understanding of insurance coverage disputes and has vast experience in handling personal injury cases. With almost a decade of experience practicing law, he has the legal acumen and determination needed to help injury victims obtain the compensation they deserve from negligent parties.

In 2011, Mr. Davis graduated from Missouri State University and pursued his law degree at the Saint Louis University School of Law, earning his Juris Doctor degree in 2014. He served as the lead editor and staff editor for the Journal of Health Law and Policy throughout his law school tenure. During his volunteer service with the civil litigation clinic, he was part of a real estate dispute trial.

Mr. Davis is licensed to serve clients across Missouri and Illinois. He frequently represents clients before the United States District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Missouri, and he belongs to the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, The Missouri Bar and the Illinois State Bar Association.

For all the significant verdicts and settlements and other notable achievements, Mr. Davis received the 2019 Top Verdicts & Settlements award for his work on a $47 million settlement. He also has an “Excellent” rating on Avvo. To share his legal knowledge and insights, he presented a lecture, “Handling a Personal Injury Claim,” at the BNI conference in 2017.
