Patrick McPhail

Patrick McPhail is a staunch advocate for his clients in the strenuous legal challenges they face, and he utilizes every legal tool in his arsenal to help them achieve their goals with precision and grace. At The Simon Law Firm, P.C., in St. Louis, Missouri, he primarily handles personal injury law, such as cases involving medical malpractice, defective products and class actions, as well as business litigation. 

Attending the St. Lawrence University School of Law, Mr. McPhail took full advantage of the opportunities he was presented with, including being closely involved with the St. Lawrence University Law Journal and the Moot Court Appellate Lawyers Association Competition. He received his Juris Doctor in 2017, and in the same year, he obtained his license to practice law in Missouri. Prior to enrolling in law school, he completed his undergraduate studies at Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville, graduating with his Bachelor of Science degree in 2014.

Soon after becoming licensed in Missouri, Mr. McPhail gained admission to practice in Illinois and before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri, the United States District Court for the Western District of Arkansas, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, the Supreme Court of Missouri and the United States Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit. 

A consummate professional through and through, Mr. McPhail strives to provide his clients with the top-quality advocacy they deserve after enduring personal hardship due to the reckless actions of another.
