This academic foundation inspired him to pursue a career in law, leading him to successfully obtain his Juris Doctorate from the Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, graduating in 1994. Following this, he swiftly gained admission to the Missouri Bar and, subsequently, the Illinois Bar. He also holds membership with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.

Throughout his professional journey, Mr. Kolker has taken on key leadership roles, including serving as the past president of The Lawyers Association of St. Louis.
