A renowned Missouri criminal defense attorney, Scott Rosenblum is the president and founding member of Rosenblum Schwartz & Fry. With over four decades of legal experience, he efficiently defends the rights of those accused of state and federal criminal charges. He's worked with individuals and businesses alike, tackling over 350 criminal cases covering a wide range of offenses, from business crimes to white collar, sex and drug offenses, including over 100 murder cases.

A business administration major, Mr. Rosenblum completed his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Missouri, Columbia, in 1979. Four years later, he earned a doctorate in law with dean’s list honors from the California Western School of Law in San Diego. During law school, he was a part of the Roger J. Traynor Appellate Advocacy Team.

First admitted to practice in Missouri in 1983, Mr. Rosenblum is also authorized to appear in the state and federal courts of South Dakota, Texas and Maryland as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts of Missouri, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th, 7th and 8th Circuits, the U.S. Supreme Court, and the U.S. District Court for the Central and Northern Districts of Illinois.

A knowledgeable professional, Mr. Rosenblum formerly served as a law instructor at Webster University. He also has experience serving as a lecturer for the Missouri Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (MACDL), the Lorman Educational Institution, The Missouri Bar and the St. Louis Association.

A fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, Mr. Rosenblum is a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and a former member of the board of The Missouri Bar, Illinois State Bar Association and the Missouri Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Mr. Rosenblum has been honored in several ways for his professionalism and accomplishments. He was recognized by The Best Lawyers in America and named to the Best Lawyers list of St. Louis Magazine.
