Steven W. Duke

Steven W. Duke is a trial attorney at the DM Injury Law, working out of its St. Louis office in Missouri. Helping clients with legal matters related to personal injury and workers’ compensation, he is dedicated to fighting for the rights of victims who have suffered due to no fault of their own.

Licensed to practice by both The Missouri Bar and the Illinois State Bar Association, Mr. Duke is admitted to appear before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit. He studied graphic design and photography during his undergraduate degree at Bradley University. In 2015, he completed his law degree cum laude with a focus on civil litigation from the Saint Louis University School of Law.

With a firm idea about the judiciary and law system governing his concerned states, Mr. Duke makes sure to communicate with his clients clearly, devoid of legalese or complex terms. He believes that each client should have a thorough understanding of their own case and be aware of their options. In order to ensure this control and independence for his clients, he gives honest advice and feedback on cases and legal matters that he is approached with.

Mr. Duke regularly handles cases involving product liability, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability and the Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA) litigation. He has worked closely on personal injury cases right from the early days of his legal career and has experience handling the prelitigation stages of witness preparation, motion filing, expert consultation, pretrial briefing and others. He has memberships in the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys and The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis.
