Throughout the course of his career, Mr. Reese has gained invaluable experience handling cases before various state and federal agencies, including the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”), the National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB”), the U.S. Department of Labor (“DOL”) and the Missouri Commission on Human Rights (MCHR”), among others. Achieving notable success in his practice, Mr. Reese has been a featured speaker of the EEOC’s annual Technical Assistance Program for several years.  He has also been recognized by the National Black Lawyers Association as a "Top 100 Lawyer."  Mr. Reese has earned top marks from both his clients and peers alike, earning a reputation as one of the region's leading attorneys.

Mr. Reese is a 1991 graduate of Truman State University and a 1999 graduate of Washington University School of Law in St. Louis.  While in law school, he was the School’s Environmental Moot Court Competition winner and received the Judge Samuel Breckenridge Award and Honor Student Award.  Since 2006, Mr. Reese has served as an Adjunct Professor for Washington University School of Law

Mr. Reese is also very committed to his local community as well, as evidenced by his involvement with various civic and charitable organizations. Recognized for his selfless contributions to those less fortunate, he has received several awards and honors for his pro bono and charitable services.
