A 1989 graduate of the University of Missouri in Columbia School of Journalism, Mr. Holland returned to his alma mater and attended the University of Missouri School of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1992. He was a member of the Journal of Dispute Resolution while in law school. The Missouri Bar admitted him to practice that same year, and the Illinois State Bar Association admitted him in 1993.
Recognized as a leader in personal injury law, Mr. Holland regularly conducts lectures across his region on a variety of legal topics involving accident litigation and insurance law. He is a member of The Lawyers Association of St. Louis and The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis, as well as the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys and the American Association for Justice.
