Mr. Pancoast grew up in Shelbyville, Illinois and now offices in both St. Louis, Missouri and Shelbyville, Illinois. He serves clients throughout Missouri and Illinois, including the cities of St. Louis, St. Louis County, Jefferson County, St. Charles, Missouri and Decatur, Effingham, Shelbyville, Taylorville, Danville, Mattoon, Benton, West Frankfurt, Charleston, and Springfield, Illinois, as well as the surrounding communities in Illinois and Missouri.   Â
Mr. Pancoast has more than 20 years of litigation experience. Over the course of his legal career, he has successfully litigated, tried and settled many cases involving negligence-related medical malpractice, trucking cases and other personal injury matters.
Before joining Rossiter & Boock, LLC, and representing injured parties, Mr. Pancoast spent nine years focusing his practice on defending health care providers in personal injury actions. This background gives him an insight into how these types of cases are handled from the other side, providing him with an advantage when it comes to fighting for the rights of injury victims.
Outside of the office, Mr. Pancoast is actively involved in his legal community. He is a member of The Missouri Bar and the Illinois State Bar Association and previously served in various leadership roles for The Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. He is also a Member of the Board for the Gateway Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
Mr. Pancoast earned a bachelor’s degree from DePauw University and received his law degree from Saint Louis University School of Law. He obtained his license to practice law in 2000. He holds an active license in both Missouri and Illinois.
