  • Joe is the President of Construction Forum STL.  He is also the President of the Eureka Chamber of Commerce, a Member of the Missouri Department of Economic Development "Infrastructure Implementation Team", is the Vice-Chair of the Missouri Bar's Technology and Computer Law Committee and serves of the Board of the Eureka Project and the LaBarque Creek Watershed Stream Team Association.  Joe is an Elder and the Chairman of the Finance and Missions Committees at Spring Hills Presbyterian Church.  From 2008 through 2011, Joe served as the Vice-President of the Board of Directors for Lay Renewal Ministries.  Joe serves on an advisory board for a woman-owned construction company through the Regional Union Construction Center (RUCC).  Joe is a volunteer member of the Community Emergency Response Team for the City of Eureka. Joe was previously the founder of the St. Louis Contractor Referral Network, (see below for description). Joe served as a Deacon at Heritage Presbyterian Church from 2002 to 2006, on the Board of Directors for Providence Classical Christian Academy from 2002 to 2008, and as a member of the Utility Review Board for the City of Eureka.
