Malcolm H. Goodrich

Malcolm Goodrich is a nationally certified Business Bankruptcy Specialist by ABC/ABI. He has focused his practice on commercial transactions, foreclosures, and bankruptcies for 28 years. He practices throughout Montana, representing select business debtors in workouts and reorganizations and business and banking creditors in all bankruptcy chapter matters. Malcolm has spoken at numerous legal education seminars and has served as a past president of the State Bar of Montana Bankruptcy Section.
