Admitted to practice law in Nebraska and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit, Mr. Roth serves clients throughout southeast Nebraska and is a member of the Nebraska Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska.

Maintaining close ties with the legal profession, Mr. Roth is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association and its House of Delegates, the Nebraska Criminal Defense Attorneys Association, the Robert Van Pelt American Inn of Court and the Lincoln Bar Association.
