Bradley P. Roth

Bradley P. Roth is an attorney and shareholder at McHenry Haszard Law located in Lincoln, Nebraska. He focuses his practice exclusively on matters involving criminal law, DUI/DWI, business law and litigation, and school law. With more than four decades of experience in the field of law, he provides sound and knowledgeable counsel to all his clients.

Mr. Roth defends the rights of people who have been accused of misconduct, acting as a fervent and relentless defender of their rights and liberties. He offers effective legal services and puts his significant experience to work for his customers.

A University of Nebraska-Lincoln graduate, Mr. Roth received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. He obtained his doctorate in jurisprudence in 1982 from the University of Nebraska College of Law. While in law school, he was inducted into The Order of Barristers and was actively involved in the Allen Moot Court.

Admitted to practice law in Nebraska and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit, Mr. Roth serves clients throughout southeast Nebraska and is a member of the Nebraska Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska.

Maintaining close ties with the legal profession, Mr. Roth is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association and its House of Delegates, the Nebraska Criminal Defense Attorneys Association, the Robert Van Pelt American Inn of Court and the Lincoln Bar Association. He is also a member of the National College for DWI Defense and the Lancaster County Indigent Defense Advisory Committee.
