Christopher R. Miller

Chris Miller dedicates his practice to representing victims of catastrophic injuries and wrongful death involving motor vehicle accidents, product defects, and premises liability.  Mr. Miller also handles a broad variety of business-related legal disagreements and disputes.  Before starting his own law firm in 2011, Mr. Miller spent over seven years handling all aspects of complex litigation for a nationally recognized litigation firm in Missouri, including expert discovery, motion practice, trial and appeals.

Chris Miller's first jury trial at the age of 30 resulted in a $1.2 million dollar verdict for an elderly slip and fall victim.  Other individual accomplishments include a $1.9 million dollar settlement for the family of a boating accident; a $15 million dollar class action settlement (co-counsel) on behalf of elderly victims of long-term care insurance fraud that resulted in Missouri’s seventh largest settlement in 2009; and a $186,000 jury verdict on behalf of a state worker who incurred $16,000 in medical bills after his motor grader was hit by a tractor trailer.
