Jonathan Verners Rehm

Jonathan Verners Rehm is a shareholder and attorney at the Rehm Bennett & Moore P.C., L.L.O., located in Lincoln and Omaha, Nebraska. He works out of the Lincoln office assisting people in the surrounding areas with personal injury matters, workers’ comp and employment law-related issues.

A seasoned attorney with extensive experience, Mr. Rehm has represented individuals before both state and federal courts and the Nebraska Workers’ Compensation Court. He has also advocated for union members in arbitrations and workers in administrative proceedings before the Nebraska Equal Opportunity Commission and the Nebraska Department of Labor.

Earning his bachelor’s degree in journalism from Northwestern University, Mr. Rehm earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2004. The following year, he was admitted to practice in Nebraska and the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska. A dedicated advocate for his clients’ rights, he also frequently testifies in front of the Nebraska Legislature’s Business and Labor Committee on various concerns related to workers’ compensation.

Active in the legal arena, Mr. Rehm serves as a PAC Trustee for the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys and the American Association for Justice. He also maintains memberships with the:
