Aimee Lowe

Aimee L. Lowe, JD is the founder of Lowe Legal Group, PC LLO, a boutique law firm that provides legal services for physicians, executives, businesses, and entrepreneurs. For over seventeen years, she has partnered with clients as their executive advisor, general counsel, defender, and strategist. She represents physicians, healthcare workers, and executives in complex contract and compensation negotiations; partnership buy-ins and buy-outs; locums and 1099 agreements. She provides strategic general legal counsel for small and mid-size companies in all legal matters, including matters pertaining to entity compliance, employment matters, contracts, real estate, intellectual property and trademarks, and M&A matters. And, she counsels start-ups to offer entity formation and general advising as they begin their new ventures.

Before forming Lowe Legal Group, Lowe was a partner and equity shareholder with various law firms, worked as in-house counsel where she oversaw federal and state regulations, internal audits, and policy, and served as a term judicial clerk with the Nebraska Court of Appeals. Aimee also served for several years as Adjunct Faculty for Creighton University School of Law. She is an honors graduate of the Creighton University School of Law, graduating cum laude; recipient of the Silver Quill Award – the highest award given for her graduating class in legal writing; recipient of seven CALI Excellence Awards for achieving the highest overall grade in seven law school classes; winner of the Creighton Law School International Moot Court competition; and frequent speaker and writer on well-being, business, legal, leadership, faith, and debt-reduction topics. She adores her children, Asher and Judah, and in honor of them is now a fierce advocate for children who suffer from Type 1 diabetes, celiac, and dyslexia. 

She is licensed in the State Courts of Nebraska and Iowa and in the Federal Courts of the United States District Court for Nebraska, the Northern District Iowa, and the Southern District Iowa.
