Alexis S. Mullaney

With nearly a decade of experience, Alexis Mullaney has been at the forefront of providing top-quality legal representation to clients facing a wide range of employment law issues, including equal pay, discrimination and sexual harassment in the workplace, retaliation, disability discrimination, and violations of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). She is an attorney at the Fielder Law Firm, P.L.C., in Johnston, Iowa, and serves residents across the surrounding region.

Ms. Mullaney is a 2009 B.A. degree graduate in philosophy from Creighton University, and she went on to attend the Creighton University School of Law, carrying with her a passion for helping those in need in whatever capacity possible. During her time at law school, she served as the president of the Employment and Labor Law Society.

After receiving her Juris Doctor in 2015, as well as her license to practice law in Iowa, Ms. Mullaney also became licensed to practice in Nebraska, Missouri and South Dakota. Furthermore, she is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska and the United States Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit. Ms. Mullaney has tried cases to a jury in federal court, and has successfully argued before the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Ms. Mullaney has been lauded by her peers for her tireless advocacy and dedication to seeing her clients leave their legal woes firmly in the past, with some notable recognitions such as being acknowledged by Omaha Magazine as the Top Employment Lawyer Representing Individuals, and holding an impressive “Excellent” rating on Avvo. Within her legal community, she is a member of the Nebraska Bar Association and the National Employment Lawyers Association.
