John S. Berry Jr. has been advocating for the rights of Omaha, Nebraska, residents from the law firm Berry Law: Criminal Defense and Personal Injury Lawyers since 2003. As the name of his firm indicates, he represents clients facing criminal charges and catastrophic injuries through no fault of their own. He handles sex crimes, intestate drug matters, white collar crimes, Title IX Defense for students and faculty, military law, veterans disability appeals and catastrophic injuries.

A 1997 Bachelor of Arts graduate of the College of William & Mary in Virginia, Mr. Berry received his Juris Doctor cum laude from the Creighton University School of Law in Omaha, Nebraska, in 2003.
