Mallory Hughes

A passionate criminal defense attorney at the law firm of Berry Law in Omaha, Nebraska, Mallory Hughes defends the rights of those accused of serious felonies, with a particular focus on representing individuals charged with sex crimes. In 2007, Ms. Hughes received her bachelor’s degree in psychology and law and society from the University of California, Riverside. She went to the University of Denver Sturm College of Law to earn her Juris Doctor in 2010, where she was a member of the Minoru Yasui American Inn of Court. She has been regarded as an essential and productive member in all law firms where she has worked so far. 

Ms. Hughes holds a license to practice in all state courts in Colorado and all state and federal courts across Nebraska. She served on the executive board of the Nebraska Criminal Defense Attorneys Association and as the education chair of Omaha Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division. She has spoken about varied topics related to criminal law at many seminars and events.
