Sean M. Conway

Sean M. Conway is a partner at Chandler Conway PC, LLO, in Omaha, Nebraska, where he represents individuals in personal injury and workers’ compensation matters. Licensed in Nebraska and Iowa, he is authorized to practice before the federal courts in both states, as well as the Eighth Circuit and U.S. Supreme Court. His practice includes representing clients injured in motor vehicle collisions, workplace accidents, and other incidents.

With more than 20 years of legal experience, Mr. Conway takes a thoughtful, comprehensive approach to each case. He assesses the circumstances, explains available legal options and develops strategies designed to help clients pursue full and fair compensation. His experience includes negotiating with insurance companies and seeking recovery for medical expenses, lost wages, pain and suffering and other damages.

Mr. Conway graduated magna cum laude from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 2002 and earned his J.D. with distinction from the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2006. He serves on the Westside Community Schools’ Board of Education, the Nebraska State Bar Commission, and the Nebraska State Bar Association Executive Council.
