Sean M. Conway

Handling criminal defense, workers’ compensation and personal injury law with equal proficiency, Sean M. Conway is a partner and attorney at Chandler Conway PC, LLO, located in Omaha, Nebraska. Licensed to practice in Nebraska and Iowa, he is authorized to appear before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Iowa, the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska and the U.S. Supreme Court.

After working with a private firm for about a year after his graduation, Mr. Conway worked for more than four years as a public defender at the Douglas County Public Defender’s Office. His experience working with criminals and observing the plight of innocents who don’t have sufficiently good legal support came as a waking call for him to transition to private practice concentrating on helping people get the justice they deserve.

Co-leading a firm that provides services in diverse fields, Mr. Conway has garnered the skill to come up with a multifaceted perspective of things to help him generate creative resolution methods for his cases. Be it any of the practice areas that he focuses on, he helps his clients determine their situation by evaluating the circumstances and explaining the available options.

Mr. Conway represents people in civil cases as well and has had success recovering compensation amounts for the victims of injuries both at the workplace and otherwise. He has also earned a reputation negotiating with insurance companies and getting to a number that can cover his clients’ loss. Extending his service to the community as a whole, he serves on the Westside Community Schools’ Bond Oversight Committee and is also on the Nebraska State Bar Commission.

After graduating magna cum laude with his Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Nebraska at Kearney, Mr. Conway attended the University of Nebraska College of Law and completed his J.D. with distinction in 2006. Over the span of more than 16 years of practicing law, he has grown to be a well-seasoned attorney who is also peer-review rated AV Preeminent* through Martindale-Hubbell. In addition, he is also a recipient of their Silver Client Champion Award that recognizes him for the outstanding client reviews he has received.
