Corey L. Stull is an attorney with Stull Law Group, LLC law firm and has been highly successful practicing in the areas of Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation and a wide range of areas where exceptional trial skills are needed. A nationally ranked trial lawyer with more than 28 years of total legal experience, Corey provides exceptional counsel and support to clients across his region who have legal needs involving any of the following:
· Personal injury litigation
· Railroad litigation
· Workers' Compensation
· General civil litigation
Corey was born and raised here in Nebraska, where he developed the values of hard work, fairness, and personal responsibility that continue to shape his life and career. Growing up in a close-knit community instilled in him a respect for people, relationships, and the importance of standing up for others—principles that remain central to his approach as an attorney today.
After graduating from high school, Corey attended Hastings College in Hastings, Nebraska, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with highest distinction in Forensic Psychology. His academic focus sparked an early interest in the legal system and advocacy, leading him to pursue a legal education at the University of Nebraska College of Law. There, Corey distinguished himself as a strong oral advocate, serving as President of the Moot Court Board and earning induction into the Order of Barristers, a national honor recognizing excellence in courtroom advocacy and trial skills. He received his law degree with distinction in 1997.
Following law school, Corey entered private practice in Lincoln and has spent his entire legal career as a trial lawyer. For more than two decades, he has represented individuals in personal injury, railroad and FELA cases, workers’ compensation claims, whistleblower matters, and general civil litigation. Known for his willingness to take cases to trial when clients are treated unfairly, Corey has secured numerous six and seven figure verdicts and settlements. His courtroom experience is extensive, and in 2024 alone, his team tried nearly ten percent of all jury trials in Nebraska state courts—an uncommon level of trial involvement that strengthens both litigation and negotiation outcomes for his clients.
In addition to his trial work, Corey regularly speaks and writes on topics involving personal injury, employment, insurance, and railroad law, and he represents clients throughout Nebraska, Iowa, and the Midwest. His work has earned consistent peer recognition, including being named a Nebraska Super Lawyer for five consecutive years and receiving Martindale-Hubbell’s highest rating for legal ability and professional ethics.
Outside the courtroom, Corey remains deeply connected to his community and family. He has spent many years coaching youth athletics and serving in leadership roles for local organizations and nonprofits. Today, Corey and his wife, Jeanette, live and work on their acreage, where he enjoys spending time outdoors, working on projects, and appreciating the quieter pace of country life—often with their dog, Axel, close by. These roots and relationships continue to guide Corey’s practice, reinforcing his commitment to serving clients with integrity, preparation, and respect.
A native of Nebraska, Mr. Stull has a genuine concern for the legal issues that affect the members of his community, and he has secured many six- and seven-figure awards for his plaintiff clients. As a lawyer, he has gained a reputation for his extensive legal knowledge and outstanding trial skills along with his unwavering commitment to helping his clients pursue the favorable outcomes they seek as efficiently as possible.
Honored for his remarkable professionalism and service, Corey has earned an AV Preeminent peer review rating* from Martindale-Hubbell along with consistent recognition from his peers as being among the top 2.5% of lawyers in his region. He has also received many testimonials and referrals from his satisfied clients, and he finds great satisfaction in being able to help so many during their times of dire need.
