Corey L. Stull is a dedicated attorney who provides reliable counsel to individuals who have been injured as a result of someone else's negligence, effectively guiding them through the complex challenges of personal injury litigation. With nearly three decades of experience in the legal profession, he serves clients throughout Nebraska and Iowa from his office at Stull Law Group, LLC, in Walton, Nebraska. He further handles matters in railroad litigation, employment law, whistleblower cases, workers’ compensation and civil litigation.
Before pursuing his law degree, Mr. Stull completed his undergraduate studies at Hastings College. Receiving his Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln College of Law in 1997, he served as president of the Moot Court Board and was inducted into the Order of the Barristers for his excellence in courtroom advocacy. He was admitted to practice law in Nebraska in 1997 and is additionally licensed to practice in Iowa, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Iowa, the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit and the Court of Federal Claims.
For the last two decades, Mr. Stull has dedicated himself to representing clients in personal injury, railroad and Federal Employers' Liability Act cases, ensuring that they receive the top-notch representation and support possible in order to obtain the compensation they deserve. Despite his skill as a negotiator, he does not hesitate to take the case to trial. He recently obtained an $850,000 settlement for a driver who was killed as a result of government negligence in repairing lights at an intersection.
Apart from his courtroom advocacy, Mr. Stull is also a speaker and writer, frequently being invited to speak on topics of personal injury, employment, insurance and railroad law.
