Denise A. Bradshaw

Denise A. Bradshaw is the founder of the personal injury firm, Bradshaw Law LLC, in Elko, Nevada and Houston, Texas. While Ms. Bradshaw earned admittance to the State Bar of Nevada in 2007 and the State Bar of Texas in 2017, she has had a rich legal career spanning 24 years working as a receptionist, paralegal and lawyer. Currently, she represents injured clients out of offices in Elko and Houston and practices before all Nevada courts, including the United States District Court, along with all Courts in Texas.

Ms. Bradshaw focuses her practice on representing clients injured through no fault of their own in any type of accident, including cases of automobile and motorcycle accidents, mining and drilling catastrophes, and on-the-job injuries and accidents. She also takes on medical malpractice and defective products cases with vigor and insight. Because she has come up through the ranks, Ms. Bradshaw understands what it is like to struggle against adversity, and she aggressively pursues her clients' best interests by being thoroughly organized, highly motivated and supremely dedicated.

Ms. Bradshaw continued working as a paralegal while in law school in order to support herself, and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2007. As a testament to her impeccable academic record, she gained admittance to the prestigious Order of the Coif, graduating in the top 10 percent of her class.

A firm believer in the principles of fair play, Ms. Bradshaw received the award for Most Pro Bono Hours by the Volunteer Attorneys for Rural Nevada in her very first year of practice. Dedicated to her community, Ms. Bradshaw also served both as a bar exam grader and as a valued member of the Standing Committee for Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility for the State Bar of Nevada.
