Kelly B. Stout

Kelly B. Stout is an attorney at the firm Hone Law, which has its offices located in Henderson, Nevada. With more than a decade of experience practicing law, she focuses her practice on commercial and business litigation, health care and administrative law, and appeals. She serves clients in Las Vegas, Nevada, and statewide. 

Ms. Stout has extensive experience representing clients in commercial litigation and complicated civil litigation involving business torts, corporate law, professional ethics, breach of contract and partnership disputes. Additionally, she has represented hospitals, doctors and other highly regulated enterprises on licensing, compliance and disciplinary problems. She represents her clients with unwavering dedication throughout the entirety of the legal procedure.

With a concentration on history and women’s studies, Ms. Stout obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University. She then attended the William S. Boyd School of Law–University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and earned her Juris Doctor magna cum laude in 2010. She received her license to practice in Nevada in 2010. 

Ms. Stout's involvement in the legal community is evidenced by her memberships in the American Bar Association, the Clark County Bar Association and the Southern Nevada Association of Women Attorneys. She formerly used to teach law as an adjunct professor at the William S. Boyd School of Law–University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Additionally, Ms. Stout was a board member of the March of Dimes’ Nevada Chapter and was on the Thomas & Mack Community Advisory Board. She is frequently called upon to speak at prominent legal associations about civil appeals, navigating the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act to receive medical records, and growing one’s practice. 

Honored for her noteworthy work in the legal field, Ms. Stout was recognized by the Best Lawyers in the field of health care law, was listed on Future Star by the Benchmark Litigation, and was named to the Nevada Business Magazine’s Legal Elite list.
