Patrick C. McDonnell

With a firm commitment to helping clients navigate the complex landscape of civil, commercial and general litigation, Patrick C. Mr. McDonnell completed his undergraduate studies in 1992, graduating with his Bachelor of Arts in mass communication and print journalism from The University of Texas at El Paso. After leaving behind a trailblazing legacy as an award-winning investigative journalist across decades, he enrolled at the University of Nevada William S. Boyd School of Law, where he honed his shrewd legal acumen and talents that combined well with his journalistic instincts. He received his Juris Doctor in 2013, and in the same year, he obtained his license to practice law in Nevada. He is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and the Nevada Justice Association. 

A stalwart advocate for his clients, Mr. McDonnell utilizes all the legal tools in his arsenal to help his clients put to bed legal troubles that can create a significant impact on their lives. For his many contributions, he has been named a Legal Elite by Nevada Business Magazine and holds a “Very Good” rating on Avvo, as well as positive client testimonials on the latter site. The accolades he has received since entering the legal profession is nothing short of a continuation of his prowess while he was in law school, where he was the recipient of the Carl W. Tobias Award for Excellence in Writing and numerous CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in pretrial litigation, criminal procedure and adjudication, and settling legal disputes.
