Radford J. Smith established his eponymous firm in Henderson, Nevada, to offer rigorous advocacy and effective counsel to families facing legal issues. With over 35 years of legal experience, his success is grounded in practicing law with compassion and integrity.

Mr. Smith is equipped to understand and resolve nearly any family legal issue, including child support, child custody and visitation, divorce, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, property division, post-decree modifications and spousal support/alimony.
