Ani Biesiada

Ani Biesiada serves as an experienced personal injury attorney at Hanratty Law Group in Las Vegas, Nevada. Her practice encompasses bicycle accidents, brain injuries, car and motorcycle collisions, truck and rideshare incidents, premises liability actions, slip-and-fall cases, and wrongful death claims. Upon graduating from the William S. Boyd School of Law in 2016, Ms. Biesiada embarked on an academic career. During law school, she held judicial externships under the Honorable Nancy L. Allf and the Honorable Joanna S. Kishner in the Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada. Her leadership extended to serving as president of the Saltman Dispute Resolution Society, the student organization affiliated with the acclaimed Saltman Center for Conflict Resolution. She further honed her advocacy skills by competing in the 24th Annual Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition in New York.

Before joining Hanratty Law Group, Ms. Biesiada focused exclusively on personal injury representation at a prominent local firm, advocating on behalf of injury victims. Earlier in her career, she provided counsel to community association boards, offering legal opinions and managing complex litigation matters at a law practice. She began her legal journey at a boutique firm handling corporate derivative actions, general business litigation, Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings and commercial real estate transactions for clients.

An upstanding figure in the legal circle, Ms. Biesiada is an active member of the American Bar Association, the Clark County Bar Association, the State Bar of Nevada, the Nevada Lawyers Guild and the International Human Rights Law Practicum. Her background and dedication drive her commitment to excellence in personal injury advocacy. Prior to entering the legal profession, she gained experience in digital media at Las Vegas organizations, including iHeartRadio and the CBS affiliate 8 News Now.
