He is licensed to practice in Nevada, Utah and Idaho, and he is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada, the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Among his most notable successes include an astounding jury verdict of $32 million against a major tire manufacturer for the injuries and death caused by its defective product. He also obtained a judgement of nearly $10 million in a case involving clergy sexual abuse along with several multimillion-dollar awards for car accident victims.
Regarded as a leader in his field, Mr. Bowers has published a number of articles and conducted lectures across his region on a variety of legal topics, and he has served as counsel in several cases that resulted in published opinions.
