Craig D. Friedel

Craig D. Friedel is a partner at Solomon Dwiggins Freer & Steadman, LTD., practicing from the firm’s Las Vegas, Nevada, office. He concentrates on trust and estate litigation and administration alongside business and commercial litigation, representing heirs, beneficiaries, creditors, fiduciaries and business owners in complex disputes involving fiduciary breaches, undue influence, capacity challenges, valuation disagreements, creditor claims and real estate issues tied to trusts and businesses.

Raised in Southern Nevada, Mr. Friedel brings a local perspective to matters that often implicate multilayered financial and legal questions. He routinely handles claims involving alleged conversion, unjust enrichment, fraud, duress and improper distributions, and he navigates quiet title actions, accounting controversies and disputes over the allocation of investments and tax consequences that can determine the outcome of an estate or business succession.

In the courtroom and at the negotiating table, Mr. Friedel has guided clients through jury and bench trials, mediations, depositions and administrative hearings. His litigation practice addresses not only traditional trust and estate controversies but also business succession disputes and commercial real estate conflicts that bear on corporate continuity and asset protection.

Educated at Brigham Young University (B.S., cum laude) and William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV (J.D., 2015), Mr. Friedel attended law school on a full academic scholarship and served as an extern to former Probate Commissioner Wesley Yamashita. His academic record includes CALI Awards in legal writing, transactional drafting and statutory interpretation, and participation in an international human rights practicum in New Delhi.
