D. Chris Albright is an attorney and partner at Albright, Stoddard, Warnick & Albright in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. Albright concentrates his practice on business and commercial law, handling matters involving business litigation, business organization, business transactional work and contracts litigation. He has over 25 years of legal experience and serves clients throughout the Las Vegas area.

Mr. Albright received a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and went on to graduate cum laude from Brigham Young University Law School. While attending law school, he served as senior editor of the Brigham Young University Law Review. He also gained practical legal experience by clerking for a federal judge in Nevada. 

Following his graduation from law school, Mr. Albright spent a year clerking for a judge on the Supreme Court of Nevada before entering private practice. Over the course of his career, he has successfully resolved many significant cases through trial and out-of-court settlements at multiple levels of the Nevada court system. He is licensed to practice law before all Nevada state courts, the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit.

In 2018, Lawyers of Distinction recognized Mr. Albright for his work in real estate law. He has also been honored by the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada Pro Bono Project and received the Judge Sally Loehrer Pro Bono Service Award.
