David A. Straus

Law Offices of David A. Straus LLC is a law firm in Las Vegas, Nevada, founded by attorney David A. Straus. As managing partner of the firm, Mr. Straus handles matters involving estate planning, probate, trusts, asset protection, and wills. He serves clients in Las Vegas, Henderson and Summerlin.

He also volunteers with the Joyce Straus Foundation for the Arts and the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada.

After earning a bachelor’s degree in business administration from The University of Arizona, Mr. Straus earned his law degree from Whittier Law School. He holds master’s degrees from Golden Gate University School of Law in Tax and Southwestern Law School in Entertainment and Media Law, is a certified public accountant in Illinois and holds a certificate in International Taxation from Georgetown University.
