As a partner with the Grant Morris and Dodds law firm, which has office locations in Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada, attorney David M. Grant dedicates his practice to providing comprehensive, effective estate planning solutions for individuals and families throughout Nevada and Utah.
Regarded as one of the top estate planning attorneys in the Mountain States region, Mr. Grant works closely with all he serves in order to fully understand their situations and goals. He then uses his extensive legal knowledge and vast network of resources to devise strategies and solutions that will help his clients protect themselves, their assets and their loved ones for the future.

A 2001 magna cum laude graduate of Southern Utah University with a Bachelor of Science in accounting, Mr. Grant received his Master of Accountancy from The University of Utah in 2002. He then spent years working for an international accounting firm before entering the legal profession. In 2004, he obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center, and the State Bar of Nevada admitted him to practice in 2005. In 2009, he received his license to practice from The Utah State Bar.
Fully committed to his practice, Mr. Grant is active in a number of professional legal organizations. He served as chairman for the Nevada State Bar Probate and Trust Law Section Roundtable Committee, and he currently serves as a council member for the Southern Nevada Estate Planning Council. He also served on the Utah State Bar Estate Planning Section Utah Uniform Probate Code Amendment Committee.
Active in his community as well, he serves as trustee for the Henderson Community Foundation, and as a council member for the Vegas PBS Planned Giving Council. He also serves as vice chair and trustee for the Nevada State College Foundation, and he serves on the Southern Utah University School of Business National Advisory Board.
