Dylan Ciciliano, a partner at Garman Turner Gordon LLP in Las Vegas, Nevada, is a dynamic attorney in the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice group, focusing on civil litigation. While he has navigated high-stakes, company-defining cases, he also dedicates his skills to representing individuals and small businesses, delivering efficient and cost-effective legal solutions that empower his clients to either pursue or defend their interests. His collaborative approach often sees him working alongside other law firms, both locally and out-of-state, as a valuable and economical member of the legal team.
Mr. Ciciliano’s diverse portfolio includes representing a range of clients – from individuals and corporations to marijuana business investors and government entities – in cases involving breaches of contract, internal business disputes, anti-SLAPP motions, corporate governance, breaches of fiduciary duties, fraud, conspiracy, RICO claims and general malfeasance.
Beyond these areas, Mr. Ciciliano is versed in EB-5 immigration cases, medical malpractice, complex criminal defense and a broad spectrum of business conflicts. As a trial attorney, he has successfully secured injunctions, led jury and bench trials to favorable outcomes, and achieved successful resolutions through negotiation.
Mr. Ciciliano’s representation extends to domestic and international arbitrations, mediations, and other alternative dispute resolutions outside the courtroom. He boasts extensive experience managing intricate discovery processes, including e-discovery, producing Electronically Stored Information and navigating compliance with European privacy laws – often tackling complex privilege and discovery disputes.
A Nevada native, Mr. Ciciliano earned his undergraduate and master’s degrees from the University of Nevada, Reno, and gained early professional experience with the Washoe County Commission. He obtained his Juris Doctor from The University of Arizona, where he served as senior managing editor for the Arizona Journal of International and Comparative Law, and has been licensed to practice in Nevada since 2011.
Mr. Ciciliano is also admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada, and the U.S. District Courts for the Central and Northern Districts of California (pro hac vice) and the Western District of Tennessee. An upstanding figure in the legal circle, he is an active member of the American Bar Association and the Clark County Bar Association.
