Edward M. Bernstein

Mr. Bernstein completed his undergraduate studies in 1971, graduating with his Bachelor of Arts degree from Long Island University. He went on to attend the Widener University School of Law, where he bolstered his shrewd legal acumen and talents with the foresight of helping clients in the future. He received his Juris Doctor in 1975, and two years later, he obtained his license to practice law in Nevada.

A stalwart champion for his clients’ futures, Mr. Bernstein leaves no holds barred in his approach, emphasizing personalized attention, meticulous attention to detail and a work ethic that is stoic and ever present in every case he takes on. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Nevada, the Nevada Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
