In courtrooms and before administrative bodies, Elias is a reputable and proven advocate. Born and raised in Las Vegas, he has deep seated relationships in the community and is often retained in complex matters that require creativity, influence, and government relations. Developers and businesses regularly call on Elias to guide them through their licensing matters, land use and zoning process, and business disputes. During that time, Elias worked extensively with the Planning Department and Business Licensing on land use and zoning issues as well as liquor and cannabis licensing matters.
Elias attended UNLV where he majored in Economics and received his B.A., magna cum laude. He pursued his legal education at the William S. Boyd School of Law where was awarded his J.D., cum laude.
