Attorney John P. Aldrich is the founder and owner of Aldrich Law Firm, Ltd., in Las Vegas, Nevada. Along with his extensive trial experience, Mr. Aldrich has written over 30 briefs to appellate courts in Nevada and Idaho, and he has successfully argued before the Nevada Supreme Court and the Idaho Court of Appeals. Additionally, he has handled dozens of arbitrations along with many post-trial motions.
A 1995 graduate of Brigham Young University with a degree in economics, Mr. Aldrich attended the University of Idaho College of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1999. The State Bar of Nevada admitted him to practice that same year, and he also holds his license to practice in Idaho and Utah. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada and the District of Idaho as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Mr. Aldrich currently sits on the board of the Clark County Bar Association, where he has also served as president as well as secretary/treasurer. He has also served as chair of the organization's CLE Committee, and he has published articles and conducted many lectures and continuing legal education seminars across his region on a variety of legal topics.
