Kari J. Hanratty is a personal injury attorney and the founder of Hanratty Law Group in Las Vegas, Nevada. Ms. Hanratty handles injury cases involving bicycle accidents, brain injuries, car accidents, commercial vehicle accidents, dog bites, pedestrian accidents, Uber and Lyft accidents, and wrongful death. She serves clients in Las Vegas, Carson City, Henderson, Incline Village, Reno and Summerlin.
Ms. Hanratty is a 1995 graduate of the University of California, Irvine, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in political science. She earned her law degree from Whittier Law School. Following law school, she passed the Nevada bar examination and received her license to practice law before all Nevada state courts.
Prior to founding Hanratty Law Group, Ms. Hanratty developed her legal experience by serving as an intern and a law clerk for two family court judges. Additionally, she practiced as a family attorney at a private law firm before founding Hanratty Law Group in 2010. She provides personalized attention to each client’s injury matter and is committed to obtaining the best possible results.
In addition to her private clients, Ms. Hanratty enjoys engaging in pro bono work. Her dedication to helping those who cannot afford an attorney was recognized in 2008, when she was named “Pro Bono Attorney of the Year.”
A known and respected attorney in her legal community, Ms. Hanratty is a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. Over the years, she has also belonged to the Clark County Bar Association, the State Bar of Nevada and the American Bar Association.
