Working on behalf of seniors and their families, Kim Boyer is the founder of Boyer Law Group. She advocates for people in Las Vegas, Nevada, who are facing elder law issues such as guardianship, estate planning, trusts, wills, veterans’ planning, Medicaid, probate and trust administration.
After graduating summa cum laude from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Arts in mathematics, Ms. Boyer earned a Juris Doctor and graduated magna cum laude in 1995 from the University of San Diego School of Law. While there, she was invited to join the Order of the Coif and was the editor of the school’s law review.
The National Elder Law Foundation has certified Ms. Boyer as an elder law attorney. Additionally, she is an accredited attorney with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. As such, she is highly regarded for her work and familiarity with the situations her clients often find themselves in. She holds honors such as being listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the area of Elder Law.
Ms. Boyer has written extensively on her practice area. She has authored or co-authored a number of works on issues such as advance directives, medical ethics and asset protection.
