Krisanne S. Cunningham

Krisanne S. Cunningham is the managing partner at Rice Reuther Sullivan & Carroll, LLP, bringing over two decades of broad-based transactional experience to her role. Her legal practice covers a wide range of areas, including mergers and acquisitions, business law, corporate governance, securities, tax planning and nonprofit organizations. She handles complex mergers and acquisitions transactions, often involving deals that reach into the hundreds of millions of dollars. She also possesses deep knowledge of the workings of Nevada LLCs and joint ventures, and is a trusted adviser on corporate governance matters to various boards.

From her early career days at her first firm, where she assisted Fortune 500 companies and major nonprofit entities, to her current high-profile role, Ms. Cunningham has demonstrated consistent dedication. Having graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law with a Juris Doctor, she was the editor-in-chief of the Virginia Tax Review and a recipient of the Madeleine and Roger Traynor Prize. Further enhancing her credentials, she earned an LL.M. in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, graduating with distinction.
